Welcome to the Alchemic Computers Support Ticket Center
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Please note that our office hours are 8AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays. If you have submitted a ticket outside of our normal operational hours, we will reply to your request at our first opportunity on the next business day or, according to your SLA (service level agreement).
